Francis M. Hult
Francis M. Hult is Professor and Program Director for TESOL at UMBC. His books include the Handbook of Educational Linguistics and Educational Linguistics in Practice. He holds a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in TESOL from NYU.
