Imagine this: it has been a full day of work, traffic in the area was very heavy, you arrive at home tired and hungry and, after moment, you leave again to attend your ESOL Class.  ESOL adult learners choose to balance their daily responsibilities and incorporate time to learn. Through this interactive presentation we will explore the characteristics of ESOL adult learners, their time management challenges and present strategies to encourage students and instructors to balance class requirements, personal commitments, and ways to achieve learning goals.
