This presentation will introduce participants to the principles and values of restorative practices in schools.  Participants will hear how using restorative practices in an English for speakers of other languages classroom can foster equity and just learning environments by creating a sense of connection and belonging between students and educators.  These practices build students' social and human capital that promote positive relationships within the school community.
