Andrew Shannon is a member of the Outreach team for the U.S. Department of State English Language Programs. He has worked in the field of English language education for 12 years as a teacher and trainer. Andrew’s interests include Russian language and development in post-Soviet states. He was an English Language Fellow in Kyrgyzstan before moving to Kazakhstan where he taught high school English for 3 years.
